6. Observe A Fast- Fasting on Sunday is said to be particularly lucky. In the morning, after taking a bath, you must put on yellow clothing. Sit in front of the tree with a green diya lit, and recite the Veervar Vrat Katha. Avoid using salt after doing arti in the evening, and only eat foods that are yellow and sattvik.
